Sharp skills are co-developed with tools and technology. They require constant practicing and sharpening. One cannot say I’m sharp enough as these skills constantly evolve.

Dictionaries define the word “hard” as rigid, difficult, heavy, static, impenetrable. But how can we think of engineering or software development as static or rigid?

We believe ‘sharp’ is more apt as such skills need constant updating or sharpening.
